A Colleagues perception of me is a motivated individual who wants to achieve the goals, I have set out to do. A leader that motivates and progresses a team by creating a ideology in which each developer’s comments thoughts and ideas are listened to and acted upon. I bring that philosophy into my working ethos in an everchanging design/development world. I would be asset to any company/employer that requires one hundred per cent in all departments and the ideology that everything is achievable. I have a comprehensive skill set that allows me to work as full stack developer/designer, multimedia, and software engineering project life-cycle techniques (SDLC) some which have been user-centred design and waterfall/agile/DevOps paradigms.
